Refund and Returns Policy

• Management Rights: Management reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen events. Payments will be refunded within 15 working days.
• Order Amendments: Amendments to orders are not allowed once payment has been made.
• Order Cancellations by Customers: Cancellations are permitted only within 24 hours from the order date/time. A cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount will be charged, and the balance will be refunded within 15 working days.
• Claim Terms: Customers must verify that the invoice matches the order details and that the parcel is received in good condition at the time of delivery. No returns or claims will be entertained after delivery.
• Missing or Damaged Items: If any items are found missing or damaged at the time of delivery, they will be replaced within 3-4 days or the proportional amount will be refunded within 15 days.
• Substitute Products: We reserve the right to dispatch substitute products when original ordered items are unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances.
